Eligible unused Deeklify products may be returned within 30 days through the Amazon account used for the purchase.
Return window
Start the return from the applicable Amazon order. The eligibility and instructions shown there govern the transaction.
Return conditions
The product should be unused, undamaged and in resalable condition with the original packaging, inserts and components. Amazon may apply additional conditions based on the order, location or reason for return.
How to request a return
- Sign in to the Amazon account used to place the order.
- Open Your Orders and select the Deeklify product.
- Choose the available return or replacement option.
- Follow Amazon's instructions for packaging, label creation and drop-off.
Refund timing
After an approved return is received and accepted, the refund is generally processed within one to two business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Report shipping damage, a manufacturing concern or an incorrect item through the Amazon order as soon as possible. Include photographs if requested. A product issue that falls outside the 30-day return window may qualify for review under the Deeklify limited warranty.
